About Me

I’m Kritikaa Jain Bansal. I spent years being excellent at a career I never actually wanted, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by training, successful on paper, quietly unconvinced on the inside. Then life stepped in and rewrote the plan for me.

My husband had been on medication for fatty liver and acid reflux for four to five years before any of this changed. In 2021, a doctor finally told us how much damage the long-term medication could do, and that was the moment I decided things had to change. It pulled me into the world of nutrition. It deepened years later, through a postpartum healing journey of my own that lasted far longer than anyone told me it would. Between the two, I learned something I now build my entire practice around, the body is never just about food. It’s shaped by stress, sleep, movement, emotion, and the quiet habits we don’t even notice we’ve built.

Today, I’m a Precision Nutrition Certified coach (Level 1 and Level 2), based in Bangalore and working with clients online across India and beyond. I work across nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and sleep together, because treating one in isolation was never going to be enough, not for my husband, not for me, and not for the clients I coach now. I help adults build lasting, sustainable change in how they eat, live, and take care of themselves, and I help parents of young children, ages zero to five, build strong foundations early, at the stage when it matters most.

Alongside evidence-based nutrition, I draw on Ayurvedic wisdom I’ve come to know and lived by myself, and I’m continuing to deepen my certifications in specialized areas of health. But no framework matters more than this, I bring honest, personalized guidance, and I stay with every client through the real work of rebuilding their health, one true step at a time.
